Service Description

As day and night are equally balanced, the Fall Equinox is the transitioning of light into shorter and cooler days. This time of transitioning from summer into winter is a perfect opportunity to slow ourselves, reflect, and allow time in nature to reveal to us its metaphors. Come and enjoy a morning of honoring and celebrating the Autumn Equinox where we will playfully engage in nature's abundance. Ending with a tea circle honoring this auspicious day.  Limited to 6 people. Pre-registration required.  Your guide is Michelle, a trained & certified Shinrin Yoku guide who specializes in guiding people to slow down, connect with their body, and commune with nature. WHEN: Tuesday, September 23 - Autumn Equinox TIME: 9:30am-11:30am WHERE: Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens (details on where to meet with google links will be sent out to those registered) COST: ¥3500 ($25USD) per person; payable by credit card online at time of registration
