This fifty-card deck is a Forest Bathing session in your pocket!
It includes fifty forest bathing invitations for playful and mindful activity in nature; ten for each season and ten indoor invitations for when your body is unable or unwilling to venture outside.
These cards are little invitations to slow down and interact with the natural world around you wherever you are. Because sometimes we need a small container to hold us in our experience to keep our busy minds from pulling us off path and into the world of responsibility. These cards are intended to create a deeper and more relational connection to nature and green spaces, whether it be big-grand nature or nature from a park-side bench.
Each deck comes in a custom tuck box housed in a hemp bag for easy toting with you to the forest.
These cards were fully created by Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner, including the watercolor illustrations and the written content and personally inspired by her own forays in the forest. Michelle is a certified Shinrin Yoku Guide with the Shinrin Yoku Association (SYA), a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), and has received Shinrin Yoku Certification in Japan with the International Society of Nature & Forest Medicine (INFOM). Her passion is helping others to slow down and become more connected to the moment. She is a licensed somatic psychotherapist is private practice.

This deck is an artisan created, small print-run product that was created without any artificial intelligence (AI), just pure creativity and playfulness. Each deck will come shrink-wrapped inside a card-board, custom-tuck box and nestled in a hemp-woven bag.
