Service Description

There lives a small forest in the heart of Tokyo beckoning for you to come wander and rest, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Join certified Forest Bathing/Shinrin Yoku guide, Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner for a morning of slow strolling and restful reflections in nature aimed at fostering deeper connection right in the heart of the world's largest city. Session will end in a seasonal ritual tea circle. Limited to 7 people. Pre-registration required.  Michelle, is a trained & certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and Shinrin Yoku guide who specializes in guiding people to slow down, connect with their body, and commune with nature. WHEN: Saturday, September 12 TIME: 10am-12pm WHERE: Koishikawa Botanical Gardens (details on where to meet with google links will be sent out to those registered) COST: ¥3200 ($20USD) per person; payable by credit card online at time of registration
