Service Description
Celebrate Summer Solstice taking in the sunlight through the ancient trees of Shinjuku Gyoen! We'll find slowness, connection, and rest through playful curiosity with nature. Session will end in a seasonal tea circle dedicated to the Solstice sun. Limited to 6 people. Pre-registration required. Join Michelle, a trained & certified Shinrin Yoku guide who specializes in guiding people to slow down, connect with their body, and commune with nature. WHEN: Saturday, June 21 TIME: 9-11:30am WHERE: Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens (details on where to meet with google links will be sent out to those registered) COST: ¥3500 ($25USD) per person; payable by credit card online at time of registration
