Service Description

Saturday, May 11th at 10am Immerse in nature with Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner, a trained Shinrin Yoku/Forest Bathing guide, in the heart of Tokyo where you will be invited to slow down and connect with the wonder and awe of the forest. Participants will be gently guided through experiential interactions with their surroundings to sense the natural environment that they can then apply to future interactions with nature. This experience will not require strenuous exercise or hiking, only an openness to being more present and mindful. Session will end with a tea in nature. Open to maximum 5 participants. This particular session is free of charge and open to the first five people who register here. In exchange for a free session, Michelle is requesting your feedback, a potential quote for her business, and pictures to use in her social media platform. Participants will meet at the entrance of the Institute for Nature Study in Meguro at a few minutes before 10am on Saturday, May 11th, session will begin right at 10am and is three hours in length. Michelle will send details of considerations and expectations in a personalized email before the session. Google Map:
