Service Description

There lives a small forest in the heart of Shinjuku and in the summer days the shade and laughing stream water beckon us to come and play! Join certified Forest Bathing/Shinrin Yoku guide, Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner for a morning of playful curiosity with nature aimed at fostering deeper connection right in the heart of the world's largest city. Session will end in a seasonal ritual tea circle. Limited to 7 people. Pre-registration required.  Michelle, is a trained & certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and Shinrin Yoku guide who specializes in guiding people to slow down, connect with their body, and commune with nature. WHEN: Sunday, July 26 TIME: 9:30-11:30am WHERE: Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens (details on where to meet with google links will be sent out to those registered) COST: ¥3200 ($20USD) per person; payable by credit card online at time of registration
